How do I track the status of my order?

While your piece is being made, you will see ‘in progress’ in your order history. Once the order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know.

How will I know my ring size?

The sizing we use is according to the European standard sizing chart. In case you know your size in a different metric, please have a look at the following chart.

Can I collect my order in the boutique?

We would love to welcome you to our boutique, you can choose for local pick up at checkout.

Where do you ship?

O! Jewelry offers delivery to all countries in Europe and the United Kingdom.

Please carefully read the following information before placing an order.

When will my order be shipped?

We start with your order in our atelier immediately when receiving them. As in many cases your order will be made by hand from scratch to tailor them to your needs, we would require up to 4 weeks to make the designs (depending of the complexity of the product).

You will receive an email with once your order has been shipped.

When will my order arrive

Depending on the shipping country, orders are shipped via different carriers. Please allow 1 to 7 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment email for European orders, and 3 to 14 working days for intercontinental orders.

The delivery times mentioned above are only as a guidance and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization, and/or customs delays.

Am I able to change/cancel my order once placed?

We are unable to make changes once an order has been placed as we immediately start creating your order.

Am I eligible for a return?

In Europe, we accept returns of unworn and unscratched merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of receiving the order, see the next question on how the process works. Return shipping costs are the customer their responsibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from other continents than Europe or on custom jewelry or individual stud earrings.

How do I start a return?

In order to initiate a return, send an email to including your order number.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions, the expenditures will fall under your responsibility. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

**the item must be shipped to us / dropped off at our shop within 7 days after your return request was approved.

What to do when the goods are damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, scratched or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible

What are return exceptions?

Unfortunately, you are not able to return customized jewelry or individual stud earrings or if you are based outside of Europe. In case there is anything with your order, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to resolve this for you.

Do you offer refunds?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive an email concerning the refund.

Within a number of days after receiving your confirmation, we will transfer the amount to your bank account.
